Playgarden House Rules

Dear Guests,

Our house rules are intended to ensure that everyone can enjoy their time at the Playgarden safely and pleasantly. We kindly ask for your cooperation in following them!

  • By entering Playgarden, guests accept the house rules as binding.
  • Use of the Playgarden area, equipment, and games is at your own risk.
  • Instructions from the Playgarden team must always be followed. Serious violations or disturbing other guests may result in exclusion from Playgarden.
  • Food and drink may only be consumed in designated areas.
  • Games must be used properly. Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused by misuse.
  • Playgarden is not responsible for valuables left in the area.
  • Smoking is STRICTLY PROHIBITED within the Playgarden.
  • Entry to the Playgarden reception desk area is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN for unauthorized persons.
  • By entering Playgarden, guests consent to the use of photos and videos taken during their stay for promotional purposes.
  • Game accessories (e.g., balls, pucks) must NOT be removed from Playgarden.
  • The guest who collects game equipment from the reception is responsible for returning it in full and undamaged.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and order is a shared responsibility.
  • Entry in wet clothing or footwear is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.
  • Funbowl XL and Neo Experiences bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
  • Pre-booked game slots are held for a maximum of 10 minutes. After that, the reservation is canceled and made available to others.

Neo Experiences

  • Booking is subject to prior personal arrangement. The fee will be charged to your room.
  • Balls must NOT be taken out of the play area.

FunBowl XL

  • Booking is subject to prior personal arrangement. The fee will be charged to your room.
  • Entry to the bowling lanes is NOT ALLOWED.

Xbox

  • Maximum playtime is one hour per session.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage to consoles or accessories. Please avoid dropping or hitting the equipment.
  • After use, the area must be left clean and all accessories returned to their place.

Touch Game Table

  • Maximum playtime is one hour per session.
  • Placing food or drink on the table is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.

Darts

  • Booking is subject to prior arrangement.
  • Maximum playtime is one hour per session.
  • Use is free, but please ensure the safety of the board and those around you.

Billiards

  • Booking is subject to prior arrangement.
  • Equipment can be collected and returned at the Playgarden reception.
  • Maximum playtime is one hour per session.
  • Placing food or drink on the table is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.

Table Football

  • Please use the table carefully and respectfully. Rough or damaging behavior is FORBIDDEN.
  • After play, clean the area and return the balls to their proper place.
  • Maximum playtime is one hour per session.

Air Hockey

  • Basic rules must be followed. Rough or damaging behavior is FORBIDDEN.
  • Maximum playtime is one hour per session.

Token Games

  • Tokens can be purchased from machines in Playgarden.
  • Staff cannot exchange cash.
  • Storing food or drink on the machines is FORBIDDEN.

If you experience any technical issues, please inform our staff so we can make necessary repairs as soon as possible.
