Previous loyal guests are also required to register for our new loyalty program. Don't worry—after registration, the system will automatically place you at the basic level. Therefore, we kindly ask you to contact our colleagues at sales@karos-spa.hu, who will adjust your discount level based on your previous stays.
Important: Our colleagues can only adjust your level after you have registered for the program!

Before requesting an offer or making a reservation, please make sure to log in to your loyalty account on the Hotel Karos Spa**** website.
The booking system will automatically apply the discount you are entitled to.

Anyone can register for the loyalty program, but the discounts corresponding to the loyalty level can only be used by guests who make their booking through their loyalty account.

We recommend that the person who most frequently manages the bookings registers for the loyalty program.
During the first login, all family members can be added to this account.
Discounts from different accounts cannot be combined, so it is best to register one account per family.
