Of course! Right upon registration we immediately credit you with points equivalent in worth to HUF 3 000. Additionally, you can already enjoy the benefits of the loyalty program. Redemption of points is available right on the first booking. What is more, points will be credited for 5% of the sum paid.
As our regular guests, you will also need to register for our new loyalty program. Do not worry! The system will position you to the basic level. That is why you need to contact our customer service at sales@karos-spa.hu following your registration. Our colleagues will set the discount level you are entitled to based on the number of nights you have already stayed at our hotel. It is indispensable that you register now for the new loyalty program so that our colleagues can level up your guest category accordingly!
We will immediately credit you with 3 000 points for registration, and you can also collect extra points by providing your personal data to us. Upon reservation of your next stay, 5% of the total loyalty discount rate you pay will be converted into loyalty points and credited to you following your check-out, even for basic-level membership.
Prior to requesting for a quotation and making the reservation, make sure you have logged in to your regular guest account on the website of Hotel Karos Spa****. The reservation system will automatically credit you with the reservation discount and offer you the opportunity to redeem loyalty points.
Anyone can register for the regular guest program, but only regular guests completing reservation logged into their loyalty account can use the discounts according to their loyalty program membership level.
We recommend that the guest completing the most frequent reservations shall register in the loyalty program. Every family member can be then added to this one account upon first login. When making a reservation, we can only deduct points from the balance of the guest who logged in and booked on our website, and we can only credit loyalty points to him. The loyalty points in different accounts cannot be combined, so it is worth registering one account per family.
You can collect loyalty points only after registering for the loyalty program. Reservations completed preceding the registration cannot be considered in this loyalty point collecting campaign.
The loyalty points are valid for redemption for a period of 365 days as of the date when credited. The expiration dates can be viewed in your regular user account.
If the reservation is cancelled, the loyalty points redeemed can be used again for another reservation considering the original validity period concerning the loyalty points. In the case of any modification, only the loyalty points that are still valid for redemption at the time of the modification can be taken into account. Should the loyalty points redeemed for the original reservation expire in the meantime, we can no longer take them into account for the modified date.
