Even more great news is that the hotel has recently undergone many minor renovations and major improvements that we were already very much prepared for. Such is the transformation and expansion of the Shipbar next to our pools, with which we are waiting for you for a summer vacation in a renewed environment and an even larger area.
In the current situation, in addition to the maximum guest experience, our most important task is to ensure the maximum epidemiological safety conditions. We have taken many steps to this end, taking into account official epidemiological regulations.
- Our huge treasure is our 5-hectare well-kept park, where you can finally move out of the four walls of the quarantine period to take refreshing walks.
- In addition to excursions, a 1000 m2 water empire awaits you, with outdoor and indoor pools to make your holiday truly unforgettable. Of course, our swimming pool and wellness services can only be used by our hotel guests.
- We have moved our children's playground to a new place, we are waiting for the smaller ones (2-8 years old) in an extra large area, 280 m2. Disinfect the play area several times a day.
- Upon arrival, our guests are greeted by a huge hall. We would like to ask you to disinfect your hands on arrival. Rubber gloves and a protective mask are available on request (for a fee).
- All hotel staff have been trained in safety requirements and compliance. Our employees can only come to work healthy. We also ask you to set off responsibly.
- In our public areas, we disinfect several times a day and place 12 non-contact hand disinfection points in the hotel area.
- Wellness and medical treatments take place in a mask and disinfection takes place after each treatment
- To maintain maximum hygiene, our rooms are disinfected during daily cleaning.
- In our Éden Restaurant, we observe the prescribed safe distance between the tables. Meals are served at meals, and from the buffet table our colleagues serve in masks and gloves.
- Our sauna and fitness room continue to operate with the usual hygiene.
Of course, our hotel constantly monitors the professional, government recommendations / suggestions and rules during the emergency; if necessary, modify the safety and hygiene measures applied in the hotel accordingly!
